What is the sign of a “good teaching”? Is the student-centred learning a good approach? How does the pedagogy in Universities work? What is the didactical approach of the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau? And, what are the prospects for Kyrgyz Universities when importing the study programme from the University Zwickau? These and many other questions were discussed during the workshop on August 27 - 30, 2018 hosted by the Talas State University.
The workshop was held by Mr. Müller who leads the Center of University Didactics at the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau and was happy to share his experiences gained throughout his career and present some ideas to make the didactics succeed. The workshop was benefited by teachers of the seven Kyrgyz Universities where the study programme of Biomedical engineering and Health care Informatics is offered since 2017.
During this 4-days-workshop, it was possible to discuss the topics such as Flipped Classroom, micro-teaching videos, research training, thinking design, e-evaluation, portfolio, Teaching Analysis Poll survey and facilitation of academic competencies etc. The participants and Mr. Müller exchanged on the issues of reaearch in the University pedagogy in Kyrgyzstan and in Germany.
